The HoneyCakes&Events company wishes to carry out the services provided for your decoration or social event on good terms.

For the efficient performance of our services, we leave below our terms and conditions:

Our Balloon Bouquets and Cakes must be minimum orders 3-5 days in advance, if you want it from one day to the next or the same day you must confirm on our social networks or email [email protected].

• We offer delivery for balloon bouquets and cakes to the entire Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex for an additional charge. For shipments, you must indicate the exact address with postal code, house or apartment number, if possible attach the location with all the data, name and telephone number. If you give us a wrong address there will be an additional charge for delivery.

• Helium gas is not flammable, it should be taken into consideration that when the helium balloons are placed in front of the air conditioning, the gas particles are compressed and the balloons deflate, this is a natural process. Avoid placing it in front of or under the air conditioner, or exposing it to the Sun.

• When balloons are placed in direct sunlight, the latex or metallic material boils and bursts.

• Do not leave the bouquet or decoration in the car since the heat, the steam, causes them to deflate or explode.

• If it is your choice to pick up the Cake, the Balloon Bouquet or decoration at our address, take into consideration that our products are of large volume and delicate, they must have a suitable transportation. We are not responsible for the manipulation and final result in which the Bouquet, decoration or cake may arrive.

• When the balloons are punctured, deflated or burst they must be put to waste. Keep waste away from children and pets as they can suffocate.

• Microfoil balloons are transmitters of electricity. Please avoid bringing them close to power lines.

• If you move the decoration from one place to another, it is your responsibility.

• The client must provide all the corresponding information for the elaboration of their decoration or colors Bouquet, design, personalized balloons, age, name and reason (birthday love, baptism, communion, happy day…) you can change the colors, designs and sizes of photos that are published.

• We will upload to our social networks or website photos of the client and their decoration or Bouquet, if you do not agree with these images being published, please notify us. We promise not to publish the client however we will publish our work.

•To change the date of the order, 48 hours in advance is required.

• In case of cancellation of the service, the money is not refunded, it remains as a credit for future events. With a 6 month limit.

• To reserve the order a deposit of 50% is required, the rest of the payment must be made at the time of delivery. (If the person placing the order will not be present at the time of delivery, full payment must be made).
